Thursday 14.12: 0 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Friday 15.12: from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 16.12: from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What will happen?
- Each child will receive a gift 🌟
- Every single parent will receive a gift 🌟
- The neediest families will receive food parcels 🌟
- Refreshments will be available for everyone (dumplings, salad, sandwiches, cakes, sweets)
- Meeting with LIVE owls
- Chemistry workshop "in the land of ice"
- Handicraft workshops (e.g. candle making, soap making, postcards)
- Artistic workshops (e.g. painting, dancing, making Christmas decorations)
- Concerts
- Visits from mascots and characters from films and cartoons (e.g. Mickey Mouse, Star Wars characters)
- and many, many more
Who is the event aimed at?
The event is designed to support vulnerable families. What does it mean? The meanings can be very many. In the form below you will answer a few questions about your life and family situation, our algorithm will convert this into points according to the table in the appendix, and then allocate the opportunity to participate to those with the highest number of points (i.e. in the most difficult situation according to our criteria).
What factors will be taken into account?
- Material situation
- Family situation (e.g. single parenting)
- Situation on the labour market
- Disability in the immediate family
- Number and age of children
- migrant or refugee status
- having children in foster care
The factors are independent of each other, so you don’t have to meet all of them – the algorithm will calculate the total score.
Remember, we respect your privacy, if you don’t want to answer a question then you don’t have to. All you have to do is tick the answer ‘I don’t want to answer’.
How many people will we invite? 4000 🎄
How does enrolment and registration work?
- You fill in the form below.
- You wait for your confirmation or refusal email (until 11.12 to 24:00)
- We will send confirmations in several rounds! If one of your friends has received an invitation and you have not heard from them, this does not yet mean refusal!
- Once you have received the invitation, you register the time and day when you want to come.
- You come! 🙂
Above all, we invite you with your children! We will have lots of activities for them! However, if you cannot come with your child, you can also register just to pick up your child’s gift.
